1. Diploma in Mechanical. 2. 4-5 years experience in Project management. 3. Customer comunication. 4. Daily activity management and reporting. 5. Automotive Problem-solving knowledge preferred. 6. Presentable and positive attitude. 7. Biusness developement. 8. Good Knowledge about PPAP Documentation. 9. Aggressive Attitude. 10. Medically fitness mandatory 11. Willing to stay near to the plant location. 12. Communication on daily work management to Customer. 13. Ready to work in rotation shifts. Project Leadership & Management: Leading and overseeing assigned projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects effectively. Customer Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, concise, and proactive communication regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is paramount. Daily Activity Management & Reporting: Meticulously managing daily project activities, assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress, and preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Automotive Problem-Solving: Bringing practical knowledge and experience in automotive problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement robust solutions. This is a highly preferred skill. Team Leadership & Motivation: Guiding, mentoring, and motivating project team members to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Business Development Support: Contributing to business development efforts by identifying potential new opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and leveraging successful project deliveries to expand client relationships. Professionalism & Attitude: Demonstrating a presentable demeanor and a positive attitude consistently, reflecting well on the company in all internal and external interactions.
