Job Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Lead or similar role in the Real Estate industry. Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Office and project management systems. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
