Job Description

As a seasoned and dynamic Senior Project Leader/Associate Director in Industrial Projects, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for large-scale industrial construction projects. Your role will involve overseeing multiple project teams, managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering seamless communication among stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and mitigate project risks proactively, drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, and mentor junior project managers and engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management for industrial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Oversee multiple project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. - Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance. - Mentor and develop junior project managers and engineers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus). - Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the industrial construction sector. - Proven experience in managing projects valued at 100 Cr+ or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (EPC, PMC), and project controls. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
