Job Description

Change Manager (Senior) Summary:
Drives change management strategy for PACS migration to maximize adoption and minimize disruption. Key Responsibilities:- Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans.- Lead communication campaigns and training initiatives.- Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance points.- Align change management with clinical and operational priorities.- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement. Experience & Skills:- 10+ years in organizational change management, with healthcare IT focus.- Proven success in leading change for PACS or other critical clinical systems.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- PROSCI or equivalent certification preferred.
