Role & responsibilities Drive on Saturday (28.06.2025) Virtual Drive(Online) Need immediate to 30 days to join Candidates who are available on Saturday can apply Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients, to define and deliver project requirements. Ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize team performance for successful project execution. Identify and mitigate risks in technical projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Establish and enforce coding, testing, and deployment standards across projects. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project roadmaps. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of any of the following technology stack Java , Spring boot , microservices .NET , API Data Intelligence Proven track record in managing software development, cloud-based solutions, or infrastructure projects. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
