Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage several exciting projects. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate professional, who can work with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to author comprehensive documentation. Key Responsibilities: Handle multiple parallel projects following standard project management processes Work in multidiscipline teams in an agile development environment Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while checking for technical feasibility Develop and run a detailed project plan, monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance KPIs using appropriate tools and techniques Manage customer relationship and that with all stakeholders Track issues and risks with mitigation and contingency planning and track them to closure Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals Project Management reporting and develop weekly/monthly project status reports Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to for Project-related documentation Key Requirements: 5+ years experience as Project Manager Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Office 365 Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to resolve problems with conflicting needs / requirements from a diverse group Experience managing projects and development activities. Preferred: Prince 2 / PMP certification responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
