Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Train and coach new hires to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and call monitoring tools.
