Team Leader - Operations

Designation :- Team Leader Role & Responsibility -SLAs monitoring the as per activities assigned. -Tracking Installed / De-installed terminals. -Service Manager Co-ordination and daily reporting for field activities. -Support for Field Team for issue resolution -MIS Reports and maintain Dash Boards based on departmental needs and requirements. -Various MIS report preparation for banking merchant as per Bank/management’s requirement Daily Assignment ü Stock of Device & SIM card management ü Daily Visit schedule report preparation and planning. ü Response and cooperation to team ü Timely deployment and update to backend team. ü Rejection completion in Yoda same day. ü monitoring Yoda completion from merchant location. Qualifications and Experience Graduate in any stream 2-3 years experience in managing a field Operations in a service business – like IT, Telecom, Satellite TV, POS hardware, Field Services for different service providers Should have managed a suburb or a small city level field network of customers Should have been a High performer in his current role Good at Organising and Planning skills – Specially task Management Expsoure to MS OFFICE & basic IT tools and Mobile Applications Strong result orientation
