Team Leader - Operations

Position: Team Leader – Operations Company: EOS Globe Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Koramangala Domain: BPO (Banking / Insurance / Sales Process) Position Overview EOS Globe is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage, guide, and motivate a team of associates in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, domain knowledge in Banking/Insurance/Sales, and the ability to drive performance, quality, and productivity while meeting operational targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and supervise a team of customer support/sales associates Ensure daily operational targets, SLAs, KPIs, and productivity metrics are met Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or process-related issues Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and quality improvement discussions Coordinate with Quality, Training, and MIS teams to improve overall performance Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines Maintain attendance, shrinkage, and attrition control within the team Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, or Sales processes is mandatory Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Language Requirement Proficiency in any regional language / Malayalam Good command of English (verbal and written) Work Schedule 6 days working, 1 rotational week off Shift timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation & Benefits CTC: ₹36,000 In-hand Salary: ₹32,500 Performance-based incentives as applicable Growth opportunities within the organization
