Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Personal Loan Sales (Malayalam Process) Location: Chennai Process: Personal Loan Sales – Lead Generation Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Week Off: Sunday (Fixed) Interview Mode: Direct Walk-in Work Location (Venue): Eureka Outsourcing Solutions, Ratha Tek Tower, 2nd Floor, Rajiv Gandhi IT Way, Thuraipakkam, Chennai – 97 (Opposite to Geetham Restaurant) Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Personal Loan Sales – Lead Generation process (Malayalam voice process). The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their loan requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Update customer details and call status in the system accurately. Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets. Follow compliance and quality standards during all customer interactions. Eligibility Criteria Freshers & experienced candidates can apply. Should be comfortable speaking Malayalam (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate. Salary Details Option 1 (With PF & ESIC):CTC: ₹16,093 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC) In-hand Salary: ₹13,613 + Attractive Incentives Option 2 (Without PF & ESIC):In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives
