Job Title: Team Leader – Google Pay (QR Code Sales) Location Hiring Chennai Coimbatore Kanchipuram 💰 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC Petrol Allowance: ₹1,800 per month (approx. 25–30 km travel per day) Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based) 📌 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5–15 field sales executives. Drive QR code merchant onboarding, revisits, pickups, and reactivations. Ensure team achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales & activation targets. Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance. Conduct regular field visits to monitor manpower output and support closures. Handle escalations and resolve merchant issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain MIS reports and provide updates to management. ✅ Requirements Strong communication skills. Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in QR sales / fintech / merchant acquisition. Proven manpower capacity management (ability to handle, guide, and monitor a sales team). Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, and problem-solving ability. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
