Team Leader

Role and Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day project execution at client sites, manage teams, ensure quality delivery, handle material and documentation, and maintain smooth coordination with customers and internal teams. This role involves extensive travel and on site project handling.

Key responsibilities include:

Project & Site Management:

• Coordinate and manage activities at project sites
• Plan, execute, and monitor daily work progress
• Ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient project completion
• Manage on-site materials, tools, and provide reconciliation reports
• Oversee IT infrastructure cabling, installation, and related work
• Ensure adherence to all safety standards

Team & Customer Coordination:

• Lead and guide on-site teams
• Maintain regular communication with customers
• Coordinate with back-office and central teams
• Ensure excellent customer feedback upon project completion

Documentation & Reporting:

• Daily reporting to central team / customer
• Prepare project reports, emails, and documentation
• Submit monthly learning/upgradation report
• Manage travel expenses and submit vouchers on time

Travel & Availability:

• Ready to stay at project site for extended durations
• Willing to travel 20–25 days per month (within / outside state as required)
• Must remain reachable on mobile during working hours

Requirements:

• Technical graduate or equivalent certification
• 3–4 years experience in IT Passive Infrastructure (Network, Server Infra, Data Center, ELV/AV, Structured Cabling)
• Strong knowledge of IT Infra cabling, installation & commissioning
• Good English communication and presentable personality
• Basic computer skills (emails, reporting, documentation)
• Strong people management and coordination skills
