Position: Team Leader

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in TL

Kriya was started in the year 2010, and saw steady growth, having delivered niche projects for international clients KRIYA currently has four delivery centers located in Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh), Vellore (Tamil Nadu),Mysuru, Bangalore & Hubli (Karnataka) with a workforce of more than 1300. Kriya operates in the areas of data preparation and pre-processing for AI/ML models, voice-based services, computer vision, and allied services.

Qualification:

• Should be a team player, Adaptable to change, and Ability to handle pressure positively.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Demonstrated Client Reporting, Communication and Relationship Management Skills.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures, Maintain process documentations.
• Supervising a team and ensuring the team achieves the SLA.
• Ensuring Service Level Benchmarks of the team: Productivity, Quality, TAT
• Continuously improve the subject matter knowledge, operational competencies, and skills with growing tenure for self and the team.
• Motivate team members and create a positive environment to help them reach the best of their potential.

Requirements

• Graduate with 3 to 5 years of overall experience.

• Prior exposure to e-commerce operations and strong team management skills.

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong in shrinkage and attrition management.

• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and drive for quality service.
