Experience: · Minimum 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within eCommerce or ITES sectors. · Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry best practices. · Hands-on experience in internal audits, risk assessments, BCM, and investigations. · Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy frameworks. 3. Skills: · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly. · High attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach. · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams. · Experience with compliance management tools/software is an added advantage.
