Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, based in Gurgaon. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, mentor and guide team members, and ensure project targets are met. Responsibilities include task delegation, problem-solving, and ensuring high service standards are maintained. The role also involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer support, and managing client relationships effectively.
