Team Leader, Delivery

Role Overview: As a Team Leader in the Invoice Processing & Quality Control teams supporting Invoice Processing Operations India work group, you will play a crucial role in coordinating workflow, mentoring team members, and assisting with various office duties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the team's efficiency, maintaining communication with US counterparts, handling leave management, driving process improvements, and training new staff members. Key Responsibilities: - Research and resolve client/staff questions and issues. - Maintain seamless communication with US counterparts. - Effectively handle leave management and ensure proactive communication with US staff. - Drive process efficiencies within the group quarterly. - Train and mentor new and existing staff members. - Timely escalate problems/issues affecting deliverables to management. - Assist in evaluating group/individual performance. - Participate in the screening, interview selection process, coaching, and counseling staff. - Be flexible to handle additional tasks based on business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of work experience, with 2 years in leading teams in BPM/ITeS Operations groups. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint. - Strong language and communication skills (written and verbal). - Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quick learner of new procedures. - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external management, work collaboratively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Strong organizational skills.,
