Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the workflow of the Invoice Processing & Quality Control teams to support Invoice Processing Operations India work group. You will need to be well-versed in all processes and procedures related to Invoice Processing Operations, serving as a mentor and trainer to other team members. Additionally, you will assist the manager with general office duties, training procedures, project distribution, and report scheduling. Your role will also involve keeping team members motivated by clearly communicating job descriptions, performance expectations, and career paths. Regular analysis of received documents and development of teammates will need to be presented to upper management. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Research and resolve client/staff questions and issues. - Maintain seamless communication with US counterparts and liaise with them regularly. - Effectively handle leave management for the team and ensure proactive communication with US staff. - Drive process efficiencies within the group quarterly. - Train and mentor new and existing staff members. - Be prepared to step up and complete tasks when necessary. - Timely escalate problems/issues that may affect deliverables to management. - Assist the Manager in evaluating group/individual performance. - Participate in the screening and interview selection process. - Participate in coaching and counseling staff. - Be flexible to handle additional tasks as per business requirements. **Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** - Minimum 5+ years of work experience preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in BPM/ITeS Operations groups. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, primarily MS Excel & PowerPoint. - Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal). - Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively. - Quick learner to utilize new procedures and processes. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,
