Team Leader - Cost Management - Finance

Job Purpose

To take care of the reporting requirement as regards the operating cost of the Bank.

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

Reporting –Structured reports/ Adhoc reports

• Consolidation of Cost data
• Allocation/ Apportionment of expenses
• Publishing Cost Reports on Tableu
• Publishing Various unit wise reports
• Data Sanity Check & Curing
• Control check on the three pillars of cost booking
• Curing through the stakeholders
• Accessories to Cost Reporting

• Maintenance of utilities like Area Allocation
• Location code/GL code /Cost code architecture
• Control on Debit rights across Cost centre
• Maintenance of Allocation keys
• GST IBR& ITC MIS
• Consolidation of data
• Control check on the ITC claimed through MIS & follow ups with stakeholders
• Query resolution

• Resolution of queries from Branches/ other units
• Reassessing the information flow in the cost reports.

Educational Qualifications (examples listed below)

Key Skills

• Graduation:

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Working Knowledge of SQL
• Flair with Numbers
• Communication

Experience Required

• Minimum experience in years – 5 yr
• Exposure to banking preferable
