About the Role ↪️ 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our BPO sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in team leadership, client management, and achieving aggressive sales targets within the BPO or customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly & quarterly targets.

Develop and implement strong sales strategies to drive business growth.

Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term success.

Analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements ↪️ 

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

6–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, BPO Operations, or Client Handling.

Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Candidates from Teleperformance, Concentrix, Mahindra BPO, IGT, or similar BPO setups are highly preferred.
