Job Description

MIS Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team responsible for alumni data collection and enrichment.
Set and track team KPIs to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality of data collected.
Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and improve productivity.
Manage daily operations including dialer system usage, CRM updates, and reporting workflows. Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts). Analyze alumni data to generate actionable insights for client reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Client Success, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and client-ready.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Business, Analytics, IT, or related field).
2+ years of experience in
team management, data operations, or reporting
.
Advanced skills in
MS Excel
(PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and client-driven priorities.
