Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Team & Performance Management

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5 to 10 sales executives.
  
• Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure achievement.
  
• Conduct training on pitch improvement, follow-ups, and closure techniques.
  
• Monitor team performance through CRM updates and MIS reports.
  

Sales & Client Handling

• Handle inbound leads, marketing-generated leads.
  
• Plan and conduct

  site visits

  with clients and team members.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
  

Project & Builder Coordination

• Maintain strong coordination with builder teams & channel sales teams.
  
• Stay updated on pricing, offers, inventory, and new launches.
  
• Attend builder meetings, training sessions & strategy reviews.
  

Reporting & Planning

• Prepare daily MIS, sales reports, conversion metrics & funnel analysis.
  
• Plan weekly action strategies to boost team productivity.
  
• Track lead stages and work on improving conversion ratios.

Preferred candidate profile

• Real estate sales expertise (Thane market preferred)
  
• Team management & leadership experience
  
• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
  
• Ability to train and drive team to achieve targets
  
• Comfort with site visits and fieldwork
  
• CRM usage + basic Excel knowledge

Eligibility

• Minimum 7

  years of real estate sales experience with Channel partner Firm

• Experience as

  Team Leader / Senior Sales

  is preferred
• Prior experience in channel partner companies is a strong plus
  
• Must be target-oriented and comfortable with field activities
