Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Mumbai. The Team Leader will manage and coordinate projects, mentor team members, and oversee the implementation of initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing resources, ensuring effective communication within the team, and maintaining regular reporting to stakeholders. This role requires a focus on fostering collaboration and driving meaningful outcomes in the community.
