Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Tele-Fundraiser. The Tele-Fundraiser will be responsible for contacting potential donors over the phone, explaining the mission and goals of the Save Tears Foundation, and securing donations. Daily tasks include maintaining a donor database, following up with past donors, and has additional responsibility for meeting sales and profitability targets.

• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Fundraising experience
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in non-profit or fundraising sectors is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in any field is preferred
