Role Overview You will be a Tele-Fundraiser for Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, based in New Delhi. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential donors, convey the mission and activities of the Trust, and request donations. Your daily tasks will involve contacting potential donors via phone, maintaining donor records, and handling donation processing. Additionally, you will be expected to nurture donor relationships, deliver top-notch customer service, and ensure effective communication with supporters.
