Role Overview: As a Team Leader based in Kurinjipadi, you will have a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your team. Your main focus will be to provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members. Your key tasks will include coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring team performance, and reporting progress to higher management. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training new employees, resolving conflicts, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
