Key Responsibilities: - Managing customer accounts to ensure smooth operations and invoicing - Initiating agile projects for process solutions - Collaborating with teams for timely rates filing - Ensuring criteria met for SO & PO automation - Performing job costing accurately before month-end closure - Adhering to RICC control guidelines - Standardizing, documenting, and governing area-level processes - Supporting GSC projects and digitization journey - Driving standardization across clients and processes - Streamlining FinOps processes for joint KPI delivery - Building governance and framework for process changes - Implementing changes in GSC for area process changes - Participating in Centre FinOps Projects - Ensuring all business requirements are covered from a GSC perspective Qualification Required: - Graduate, ideally in Finance and Accounting - Job Knowledge & Competency - Understanding operational & FinOps business processes - 4-6 years of experience in shipping or operation financial role Company Additional Details: Maersk values work-life balance and offers flexible working arrangements to support employees.
