What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor call quality, ensure scripts are followed, and maintain high conversion rates.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve results.
• Allocate leads, manage work schedules, and track team productivity.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on team performance.
• Keep the team engaged, motivated, and focused on results.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/calling tools.
• Prior experience in [Telecalling/Sales/BPO/Banking/Insurance/etc.] will be an added advantage.
