As a Technical Implementation Analyst in the COS group, you will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with business partners and clients to ensure seamless product implementation. Your expertise will be vital in driving success in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate all aspects of product implementation setups - Collaborate with onshore tech teams and client technology teams for product setup, testing, and production migration - Engage in discussions with clients to understand their requirements effectively - Demonstrate ownership and ensure client satisfaction - Manage clear expectations and timelines - Maintain internal communication and provide status updates - Showcase creative problem-solving skills - Adhere to policies and procedures - Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner - Record observations, identify gaps, and recommend solutions - Handle multiple requests simultaneously - Manage conflict and mobilize resources - Assist in product setup as per requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Logical analysis with attention to detail - Efficient management of multiple work requests - Proficient testing of mainframe or file systems - Understanding of system, regression, or UAT testing - Utilization of UI Path or RPA tools for automation - Holding an engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance In addition to the above, you are encouraged to demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, innovate solutions for complex challenges, lead projects with strategic vision, mentor peers and junior team members, optimize processes for efficiency, and engage proactively in continuous learning.,
