Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amour for a Team Leader position. The Team Leader will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring successful execution of day-to-day tasks, achieving performance targets, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing client expectations, coordinating between teams, driving process improvements, and facilitating communication to achieve organizational goals effectively. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong capacity for leadership, problem-solving, and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Proven leadership skills, team management, and ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Knowledge and experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and process optimization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data, implement strategic improvements, and achieve key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in organizational planning, task delegation, and effective time management.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams or handling client-facing roles is an advantage.
