Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of
10+ tele-sales advisors
to achieve individual and team targets.
Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
Monitor daily team performance, generate reports, and take corrective actions when required.
Drive sales of insurance products through effective tele-sales strategies.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience
in managing a tele-sales team.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in selling insurance products.
Bonus:
Experience in selling investment products like
ULIPs, Saving Plans, Mutual Funds
.
Excellent
people management, coaching, and leadership skills
.
Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Proven track record of managing a team of
10 advisors or more
