Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee electronic manufacturing operations, including cable assembly, production and Quality control. The successful candidate will lead a team of production staff, ensure efficient operations and maintain high quality standards.

Role & responsibilities:

Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of production staff.
Production Planning:
Plan and prioritize production activity.
Quality Control:
Ensure high quality productions meet customer requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvement.
Training and Development
: Train and develop team members.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels and minimize waste.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure a safety working environment and compliance with regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in electronic manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Understanding of electronic manufacturing processes.
Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills.
