Job Title: Team Lead In US Accounting

Location: New Delhi, Delhi/NCR (Candidates from nearby areas can also apply)

• Oversee the accounting team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Supervise day-to-day operations in areas like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP) and company policies.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and prepare accurate financial reports as required.
• Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships within the team.
• Act as a point of escalation for team members and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage team schedules, ensuring efficient task prioritization and resource allocation.
• Overviewing the work done by Sr. Financial Analyst.
• Reviewing the Books Before sending the report/Status.
• Making Bills Payments & processing Payroll in the software.
• Resolving Client's Day to day Issues & concerns.
• Reviewing the books to manage quality control & ensuring that Books should be impeccable and follow the company process.
• Reviewing the Sales Tax Report created by Sr. Financial Analyst & ask for the sales Tax return for the record, from US Tax Manager.
• Match the Books with Tax Returns & Lock that period immediately.
• Centralize the Database of all Instructions & Reconciliation steps.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3+ years in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Work Mode:

• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) US Shift Timing
• Salary: Up to ₹65000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
