💸 Salary - 5LPA to 6.5LPA
⏲️ Shift- 24x7 Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)
5 Days Working with 2 rotational week offs
🏃 ♂️ ➡️️ Immediate Joiners Preferred 🏃 ♀️
Responsibilities-
✅ Manage a team of healthcare professionals responsible for medical billing, claims processing, and customer service.
✅ Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow management, quality control, and adherence to SLA targets.
✅ Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and implement changes accordingly.
✅ Analyze performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, SLA compliance, shrinkage rate, etc. to optimize team efficiency.
