Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of telesales executives.
  • Monitor performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Sales Oversight:

  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in all sales calls.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze team performance metrics (conversion rates, call volumes, etc.).
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Process & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company sales scripts, regulatory guidelines, and data protection laws.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow and productivity.
