Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage, guide, and drive the performance of our telesales team. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in achieving student enrollment and revenue targets.

This role involves supervising daily telesales activities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring seamless communication with prospects, students, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–11 telesales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Allocate leads effectively and ensure high productivity and discipline within the team.

2. Sales & Enrollment Growth

  • Drive student admissions and program enrollments through structured telecalling strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to approved sales scripts, pitch guidelines, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Improve conversion ratios across the funnel (lead-to-call, call-to-counseling, counseling-to-enrollment).

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor call quality, CRM updates, follow-up hygiene, and lead status.
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rates, productivity, and revenue per counselor.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
