Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on bulk and volume hiring for non-IT domains- Sales.
Design and execute effective hiring strategies to meet high-volume manpower requirements within timelines.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with hiring plans.
Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and field hiring methods.
Monitor and track recruitment metrics like TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and onboarding ratio.
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews of recruitment team members.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation as per company and client standards.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and build talent pools for recurring positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in
bulk or volume hiring
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in any South Indian language like
Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
is
mandatory
.
Willingness to travel frequently across regions for recruitment and business requirements.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), and social media recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
