Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to manage our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition strategies for our clients across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, sourcing profiles from various channels, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
Source profiles from various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the talent acquisition process
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

2-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
Proven track record of leading a recruitment team and driving talent acquisition strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with recruitment software, tools, and technologies

Nice to Have:

Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
Knowledge of various job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field
