Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day backend operations for mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIPs.
Monitor transaction flow and ensure timely processing and settlement of orders through RTA platforms (e.g., CAMS, KFintech).
Perform and validate daily reconciliation between client orders, fund house confirmations, and RTA data.
Handle discrepancies and exceptions by coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and internal tech/product teams.
Manage and ensure correctness of client account statements, NAV updates, and unit allocations.
Work closely with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal SOPs.
Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and contribute to scalability of backend systems.
Train and lead junior team members, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance against KPIs.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for senior management.
Support in resolving escalated customer issues related to backend operations.
