Job Description

Job Summary:

Team Lead / Sr. Executive Backend (Mutual Funds)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage backend operations related to mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, switch, and SIPs.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all mutual fund transactions.
Handle reconciliation of transactions between internal systems, RTA, and AMCs.
Work closely with Tech/Product teams for process automation and backend improvements.
Monitor daily reports, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues when needed.
Liaise with AMCs, RTAs (like CAMS, Karvy), and custodian banks for operational support.
Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and data accuracy.
Train and mentor junior team members on process best practices and quality control.
