Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead - Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, and achieve sales targets by driving team performance. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing mentorship, addressing customer inquiries, and cultivating strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and drive results
• Leadership and Team Management experience to guide and motivate team members effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for efficient interaction with clients and team members
• Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and implementing actionable strategies
• Relevant experience in sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure prompt resolution of challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
