Team Lead, Market Data Operations

As the Team Lead, Market Data Operations at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), you will be responsible for overseeing the Market Data Operations Reporting Team. Your role will involve managing key team functions such as Market Data Source Policy Management and Reporting, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving operational efficiency. Your experience in finance or operations, along with previous Team Lead/Management experience, will be valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day activities of the team - Execute projects and procedures to enhance operational efficiency in new and existing workflows - Manage the preparation and distribution of comprehensive usage reporting to third-party vendors - Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues related to usage reporting or billing - Monitor changes in source policies and their impact on clients and internal workflows - Prepare and maintain usage and expense analytics based on various reports - Lead, support, and participate in MDO specific and cross-departmental projects **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Visio knowledge is preferred - Proficiency in Excel tools such as Pivot Tables/Charts, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, and VBA Macro - Thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team - Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills - Service-oriented mindset towards internal and external clients - Project Management experience would be advantageous - Data Analytics experience (SQL, Python) is a plus - Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels within an organization - Bachelor's degree required; Post-graduate degree, preferably MBA Finance, is a plus Join ICE's Market Data Operations Reporting Team and contribute to the strategic asset management and operational excellence across various business lines.
