Team Lead, Market Data Operations

Role Overview: As a Team Lead in Market Data Operations at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), you will be joining the Market Data Operations Reporting team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day activities of the local Market Data Operations Reporting team, managing key team functions such as Market Data Source Policy Management and Reporting, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to usage reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and actively participate in the team's daily operations - Execute projects and procedures to enhance operational efficiency in new and existing workflows - Manage the preparation and distribution of comprehensive usage reporting of ICE Data Services client base to third-party vendors - Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues related to usage reporting or billing - Monitor changes in source policies and their impact on clients and internal workflows - Prepare and maintain consistent usage and expense analytics based on various reports such as Variance Reports and Trend Analyses - Lead, support, and participate in multiple Market Data Operations (MDO) specific and cross-departmental projects Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio is preferred - Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables/Charts, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, and VBA Macro - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Service-oriented mindset towards internal and external clients - Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills - Project Management experience is a plus - Data Analytics experience preferred, particularly in SQL and Python - Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with all levels within an organization - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; post-graduate degree such as MBA Finance is a plus,
