Team Leader (Merchant Acquiring / EDC / POS)

Role Overview:

Team Leader Merchant Acquiring

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives for merchant acquisition.
Drive onboarding of merchants for EDC / POS / Swipe Machine installations.
Achieve monthly acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
Monitor team productivity, daily sourcing, and pipeline movement.
Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews.
Build strong relationships with merchants, aggregators, and local market partners.
Ensure timely installation, activation, and issue resolution.
Maintain compliance with Axis Bank policies, documentation, and reporting standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

1–5 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring / POS / EDC / Digital Payments sales.
Prior experience in team handling or senior sales role preferred.
Strong understanding of merchant onboarding and payment solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
Good knowledge of local markets in Surat & Vadodara.
