Team Lead- Logistics sales and operation (US Market)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and mentor a team within our U.S. Logistics Sales & Operations process. You will oversee client interactions with American manufacturers, distributors, and trucking companies, ensuring targets are met while maintaining service quality.

This role combines leadership, client management, process oversight, and team performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and mentor a team handling US logistics coordination & sales calls Monitor daily team activities to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
• Assist in complex rate negotiations and escalated client calls
• Track and analyze team KPIs, reporting to management on performance
• Train new team members on tools, client handling, and sales processes
• Ensure CRM and internal tools are updated accurately by the team
• Handle daily client communications when required to support the team
• Manage shift rosters and team discipline for the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in international voice process, logistics, sales, or BPO, with atleast 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle targets and drive team performance
• Willingness to work in US shift hours
• Strong logical reasoning and negotiation ability
• Proficiency with CRM, email tools, and reporting dashboards

Preferred Background:

• Graduates (B. Com, BBA, MBA, or similar)
• Prior experience in logistics coordination, freight brokerage, BPO sales, or client servicing (US market)
• Experience managing 5–10 member teams in a similar environment
