Sales Executive- U.S. Logistics Coordination & Sales

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our U.S. Logistics Sales & Coordination team. This is a client-facing, international sales role focused on coordinating freight movements, managing deals, and building long-term relationships with American manufacturers, distributors, and trucking companies.

You'll act as the key point of contact between clients and logistics partners — managing shipments, negotiating rates, and driving revenue through strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound sales calls to U.S. trucking companies and shippers

● Negotiate freight rates, delivery timelines, and schedules

● Coordinate shipment tracking and status updates with carriers and clients

● Maintain accurate records in internal tools and CRM systems

● Communicate clearly and professionally via calls, emails, and chats

● Assist in expanding client relationships and closing profitable deals

Who We’re Looking For

● Strong spoken and written English communication

● Solid negotiation and persuasion skills

● Comfortable working U.S. night shift hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

● Good with numbers, logic, and fast-paced coordination

● Self-driven and eager to grow in a global logistics and sales environment Preferred Background

● Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related fields

● Experience in international sales, BPO, call center, or logistics preferred

● Familiarity with CRMs, email tools, and general computer systems Growth Path Outstanding performers may be fast-tracked to Team Lead roles.

As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be expected to:

● Lead, train, and manage a sales team

● Monitor performance metrics and drive team goals

● Contribute to strategic planning and business growth in the U.S. market

● Bring in new talent and mentor junior members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
