Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

We are hiring Logistics Coordinators to support our U.S.-based logistics operations. This role involves direct communication with American clients and trucking companies to manage and coordinate daily freight shipments. If you have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate daily shipments between shippers and trucking partners

● Update clients on pickup, delivery, and shipment status

● Handle calls, emails, and chats professionally with U.S.-based customers

● Maintain shipment records and data in internal tools/CRM

● Resolve delivery issues and delays with quick, clear communication

Requirements

● Excellent spoken and written English communication (mandatory)

● Ability to work U.S. night hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

● Quick learner with attention to detail and coordination skills

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)

● Ability to work independently and in a team

Education & Background

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, etc. preferred)

● Freshers welcome; experience in BPO, logistics support, or international

coordination is a plus
