  • Achieve growth and sales targets by effectively managing a team of 10-12 sales professionals
  • Design and execute strategic business plans to expand customer base and market presence
  • Recruit, train, coach and monitor team performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell of products beyond core equity offerings
  • Track client activity ratios and ensure productivity
  • Prepare and present sales MIS, revenue reports and forecasts to management
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends and competitor activities
  • Implement national sales programs through field-level action plans
