Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Lead Handling

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain basic features of Angel One’s trading and investment products
  • Share accurate information as per company guidelines
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain call discipline

2. Client Onboarding Support

  • Guide customers through the account opening and onboarding process
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation
  • Ensure correct documentation and process adherence

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients
  • Address basic customer queries and escalate when required
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

4. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
  • Work towards improving conversion ratios

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience

    in sales calling, telecalling, or relationship roles
  • Experience in

    stock broking, financial services, banking, or insurance

    Compulsory.
  • Good communication skills in

    Hindi

    (English is a plus)
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales and customer interaction

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts
  • Ability to handle customer objections patiently
