Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team in international banking operations, ensuring high performance and adherence to SLAs.
Drive team engagement, motivation, and productivity through effective leadership and coaching.
Ensure compliance with
KYC (Know Your Customer)
and
AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
regulations across all processes.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics; implement process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
4–6 years in international banking processes, with at least 2 years in a
Team Lead
role.
Strong knowledge of
KYC/AML guidelines
, global compliance standards, and risk management.
Proven
team leadership skills
: ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
and manage pressure effectively.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with international banking systems and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
