Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Bhubaneswar. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely delivery of educational programs and initiatives. Responsibilities also include managing workflows, improving team efficiency, and fostering professional development. The role involves client communication, problem-solving, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Organizational and project management skills, including workflow coordination and task prioritization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and improve processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience, is a plus
Passion for bridging the gap between academia and practical applications in the civil engineering industry.
